What your babys bed time routine, sleep same time every night?

Find a bath hard to do on my own and every night

I feel like I'm one of the only ones who doesn't make bedtime this whole big thing lol. I do basically the same thing as I do during the day. I feed him his bedtime bottle, play with him, and when I see he is starting to get tired I lay him in his bassinet with his pacifier. I'll usually let him fidget with my hands while he falls asleep or rub his belly & chest, and that's about it. He falls asleep & he's down for about 9 hours straight.

A bath doesn’t have to be in a bath tub. We lay down 2 towels on our kitchen counter and give sponge bathed with warm water. Works great! 
We also follow the Little Z’s Sleep program and it’s been working great for us.

We do feed, burp, change diaper, change to jammies, & then lay in the crib. I’ll usually rub her head a little when I first put her down and tell her it’s bedtime. I’ll have to walk away before she’s asleep, because if I don’t she’ll talk to me and try to start playing. She’s usually out within 5-10 minutes and sleeps from six to nine hours before she needs another feed.

Since 5 weeks we have been doing a bedtime routine. Bath , bottle , book and bed. She is fast asleep by 7pm every night. We even do it when we are away from home. I do the bath and my husband reads to her and feeds her. It’s their little boding time 💕

I’ll feed him, get him a fresh diaper, rub lavender calming lotion on him, play till he’s tired then go lay him in his cot with his pacifier till he falls asleep. We have a routine of doing this starting between 8-9 at night. Then he’ll sleep till about 7:30-8:00 in the morning!

I do bath, lotion massage, pjs, sleep sack, feed bottle while rocking, burp, and place him in bassinet while awake and walk out and let him self soothe to sleep, usually within 1 min in his bassinet he is out. I also have white noise on loud and humidifier running all night long.

We do bath, lotion, pj’s and nurse him to sleep. My hubs is gone most times so I have to do bath alone. I’ve found laying everything out beforehand (diaper, pj’s, lotion) on the bed makes things easier. I hold a corner of the towel in my mouth for when I get him out and dry him on our bed. Takes practice but it’s not bad now that weve both gotten used to it and he can hold his head up lol.

He goes to sleep when he wants, but he’s put himself into a routine that he will sleep every night at 9:00pm after a bottle which is good and consistent
