Should I be concerned?

5 weeks 6 days. I’ve been on progesterone for 4days. How concerned should I be? Wait it out till Monday, call the dr, or er?? Idk what to do?

I think you are fine. Are you doing progesterone suppositories? I am and I found that if I put them in to high it was irritating my cervix and causing some spotting. Also I experienced some bleeding around 5 1/2 weeks and found out I have a subchorionic hematoma. If you start to bleed more then I would go to the ER and rule that out.￼ your progesterone is what is helping you sustain this pregnancy so do not  discontinue those! ￼stay hydrated!!!

Wait until monday. If it is a miscarriage theres nothing they can do and it isnt an emergency so definitely not the ER. You can try calling the on call doctor, but again it's not an emergency or anything they can do so they'll just tell you to come in on monday.
Not trying to sound harsh, just dont know how else to phrase it. Hopedully everything is ok

If ur having cramps I would call the on call doctor. Have u had intercourse lately?? It could cause spotting
