Gas cramps??
Okay so last night I was having pretty severe cramps on my left side so I started to freak out. A couple hours later I was able to “go” and it seemed to really help relieve the pain. Well now I woke up, and the pain is back, and I try to push to go poop again and it like hurts to push, like a dull ache sensation. All I know is that I’m not bleeding so I’m okay. Just wondering if any of you ladies experience this and what helped you?
