Sick 7 week old?

I think my 7 week old is getting sick. She’s coughing, sneezing, sounds congested and she just choked on phlegm. I can’t get it out with the ball syringe because it’s deeper in her throat. What else can I do?? My poor baby won’t even eat

I would maybe take baby in! My son is congested to, not necessarily sick but he also choked on it and had to suck it out with ball syringe. It was scary.  My ped said to get saline drops and then suck it out. Also cool humidifier.

Took my LO to the doctors yesterday for congestion, low grade fever, wheezing and not feeling well. Physician did flu test and test for whooping cough. No flu, still waiting for results for whooping cough. She’s seemed better this morning, but she’s been upset and all she wants to do is sleep.
