Exclusively breast pumping?

I’m 2 weeks 1 day pp I exclusively pump and feed my baby through a bottle. I’m a first time mom not sure exactly how everything goes but I know I have to pump every two hours and when I don’t pump overnight I leak and my breasts are huge. How long will I have to pump for through the night? Will I constantly have to do it? My boobs get so engorged throughout the day and night and I just want to be able to regulate it

In the beginning, i pumped when my baby woke up to eat. To follow the demand. Probably week 6, I stopped pumping at night and followed a schedule. I followed “exclusive pumping” on instagram- very helpful.

I tried to follow a schedule my baby was eating from as an exclusive pumper. I think I pumped through the night for probably 6-8 weeks. I did try to stretch my time at night from every two hours to every three. This is also how I trained my body that I didn’t need to pump at nights eventually. Starting slowly in increments stretching time further apart. There is a ton of information I found helpful on Pinterest for exclusive pumpers. I did this for my first two babies and plan to continue the same for my third. I liked being able to share bottle duty with my husband and it helped to build a freezer stash for going back to work.
