How do SAHMs deal with husbands that work long hours?

My husband is out of the house 12 hours a day, despite us agreeing he’d try to leave work by 5pm each day (work 10 hours instead of 11 hours). Sometimes I feel like he’s putting his family last, even though he’s working to support us. He’s salaried so he doesn’t gain any extra income from working late and he can do some of his work from home but chooses not to. How do women in my position understand and not get angry? I want to support him and show him I’m grateful but sometimes it’s so frustrating and lonely with him gone so much.

Prior to having my baby I was so independent and always out and about so his work hours never bothered me.
