It’s behind her ear only this ear. It’s yellow and crusty

Just clean it.
My son still gets that,cleaning behind his ears is a struggle

Dry skin, use a baby wash cloth in the bathtub.

My daughter had this too. My pediatrician said it’s basically like cradle cap/dry skin and can be gently scrubbed off in the bath. But obviously check with your pediatrician too. It came right off our daughter.

Dry skin needs scrubbed and moisturizer on it I used baby oil
