Heartbroken
6w2d and I had some very very mild cramping last night, and then some pale bleeding when I wiped this morning . Then we went to the hospital and my hcg level was only 250 and nothing showed in my ultrasound. They diagnosed as a threatened miscarriage. Tonight once I got home the bleeding continued to get heavier and I passed this. My heart is completely broken.
