Hoping this is my rainbow baby after miscarriage Oct 2nd

I had a chemical pregnancy October 2nd, and I found out on November 1st I am pregnant again.. I’m so scared all I worry about is miscarrying again.. I don’t have a ton of symptoms I went to the Er yesterday 11/2 and they did an ultrasound and HCG blood work they couldn’t find the pregnancy on the US and they told me that my HCG levels were 65 and that pretty low according to my LMP I should be 4w2D.. I’m just so nervous! I really want this baby ! I want this baby so BAD! When I had my chemical pregnancy October 2nd I started at 255 HCG and they dropped from there all the way to 0 and I had a period October 4th-9th 😬 I’m hoping and praying that when I go back on Monday to get my HCG testing again they double has anybody ever had a low HCG level like 65 at 4 weeks pregnant and had a successful pregnancy? The doctor in The ER did mention that if I was miscarrying my number would start high like my last one (255) and drop .. instead of starting so low .. but I think he said that bc he seen my mood changed when he said the number 65...
