Super ITCHY

So I posted something similar a couple days ago but this itching is becoming unbearable, and it’s now mainly the palms of my hands and it’s worse at night. And I’m sleeping way too much. The thing is my doctor brushes everything off. Like I told him I had symptoms of BV and he brushed it off as a yeast infection and it took a month to get him to finally test me and it came back as BV. They are closed today but I’m half tempted to go to L&D to get blood work done. But I was there a week and a half ago with severe cramping and they called me my doctor and he said to go home and take Tylenol. I’m at a loss. Should I just go to L&D?
