Tubes Tied Problems

In July I had my twin boys, fourth pregnancy, 4&5th baby, all csections. I also had my tubes tied this time around. Question for ladies who have had their tubes tied. Since then my periods are 3 days long, 3 times a month with severe bleeding. I soak through about a pad an hour passing golfball size clots or more with severe cramping. Since I was 10 I have always had 7 day cycles light bleeding. I really believe it is due to the tubes being tied, even though I know it doesnt effect horomones. Anyone else experience problems after getting your tubes tied?
