Depo — hair loss

I’m thinking this dang depo shot is making my hair fall out. I know postpartum hair loss is a thing and I went through that but I’m thinking depo has made it worse. I’m losing clumps and it just gets worse. I’ve read up on the side affects. I’ve been bleeding nonstop for 3 months. My mood swings are terrible and it’s affecting my mental health. I go to the doctor to talk to her about it tomorrow but I really don’t want to get another injection so I’m thinking about getting something else. I’ve been considering the mirena IUD but I’m scared of the insertion and I’ve heard lots of horror stories 😭 I’m definitely not getting any arm implant and I can’t remember to take a pill. I just don’t know.😣
