Which bottle measurements do you trust most?

I have a Spectra and I use the Spectra bottles, Avent, and sometimes Medela bottles with adapters. When I measure his bottles, I use a Medela bottle. Which bottles do you find to be the most accurate with ounces? They all seem to be a little off from each other.

The nicu told me the small bottles from medela are the most accurate.  They told me if I need to do any specific measuring (like for fortifying breast milk) to measure out and use those.

I measure with the bottles I feed baby with which are Avent natural and these storage bottles I used in/from the NICU, they are both equal when I’ve compared to all the other bottles I use when pumping.
