Tmi question cervical position
Hi all , I'm just wondering how to check my cervical position eg I know how I'm ment to but where abouts do I feel is it kinda just straight up or slightly to the front or bsvk and can you please describe what I'm expecting to feel and sorry but how far eg finger length wise it is when high and soft/ low
Sorry if this sounds silly I'm new to this and in gerenal fingers in places in myself is not something I'm totally comfortable with so might get so to help lol x
