Stinky rash under daughters chin 2 months old
Help! It smells really nasty, and it’s really red. How do I cure it!? Do I use baby powder to keep the moisture out and keep it dry or do I use Vaseline? Also I emailed my drs office but haven’t heard back so I’m hoping someone here could help me please
