Issues post partum

So I'm 1 week post partum and my bleeding has increased a little bit which I feel is caused from over doing it.

But my main question is I looked down there as I felt a tiny bit of itching as if the stitches are healing not any intense itching but when I looked theres like a white residue in the creases of my girl parts. Almost looks like a yeast infection. But like I said no intense itching. I havent used toilet paper so that's not where the residue came from. Is this part of normal healing or should I talk with my dr?
