Less frequent movement????

I'm 32 weeks and 3 days as of today, babygirls movement has gotten alot lower, and less frequent?? Anyone else have this happen? Getting kinda nervous 😟

Chances are baby is just having a quiet day but always worth getting reduced movement checked out, especially if you’re worried. Drink something cold and sugary and lay on your left side and monitor movements for about an hour. If your baby is still quiet, contact your healthcare provider.
