9 weeks with twins.. lower back pain and cramping.. anyone?

I’m currently 9 weeks with twins and I have pretty painful lower back pain and some cramping as well. Anyone else experience this?
I called my ONGYN and they said stay hydrated and take Tylenol. My next appointment isn’t until 12 weeks. Is that normal with twins?

Yes! I’m 8w5d with twins and have been having on and off cramping. The last time I had bad cramps (that weren’t gas) I had an ultrasound scheduled for the next day (this was last week) and everything was fine so I’m less worried now about the cramps but I do get them. Sort of dull, achy cramps. Dr said it just everything growing and stretching. I also notice I get them more when I’m up and about and moving around a lot.

I'll be 9w tomorrow and I experience this when I have been doing alot of stair climbing or being very active and not staying hydrated

I’ve had this happen. I’m a little over 10 weeks pregnant with twins. It usually occurs when I’ve been busy or need hydration. I haven’t had it last to where it doesn’t pass (not more then a day). Wishing you the best.
