Hematoma ???

So in my past I’ve had miscarriages the last one was because I had a hematoma or blood clot practically the same size as the sac and baby and everything so it caused baby to detach at about 8 weeks ..... I’m pregnant 4th time ..... I have 1 daughter she’s almost 8 ...... I had an early ultrasound because of my past .... I meet with dr today but can any of you tell if I have a hematoma or does this ultrasohnd look pretty normal ? I did see heart beat it was 117 bpm
