My feet grew?!

How true is it that your feet grow after having kids?! I have 2 girls and I just tried on shoes from before babies and they are so tight.

Unfortunately yes. It happens to some of us. The hormone relaxin that helps your uterus and cervix prepare for birth, also affects the rest of your body. It is what makes our hips hurt as they stretch out too. In your feet, if can cause all the little joints to expand, and for some women, it doesn’t go back to normal, so your feet “grow.”

For me, no lol I still wear the same size I did before I ever had kids. I wear a 7/8 in women's and can fit in 4-6 in kids sizes
