Custody ??

My step sons mom had full custody of him the first 3 years of life because my husband was away in the military and basically had to give all rights up. Well she ended up on drugs and my husband got a call that he needed to take emergency leave to come get his son. We’ve had him for the past almost 7 years and now she’s trying to fight for custody back because she pays $90 a month in child support for the past 3 months. She’s been in and out of jail the whole time we’ve had him but now she’s sober for a year. She wants some visitation and this isn’t something we’re comfortable with at all and she says she has papers in motion. What’s the chance they’ll give her visitation? Please help I’m stressed to the max. She also has 5 other kids but they’re all adopted out so she’s never aloud to see them again.

I know she’s his mother but I don’t want her to ruin our family. She doesn’t like me and I don’t want her feeding him lies or anything. Everything is going so perfect but this is stressful as heck.
