Guess Its truly rearing it's head 😢 57 day cycle.
Crazy.
Hoping that if I am able to eat cleaner and lose some weight that it will all balance out. I'm tired of whack hormones and emotions... Pain, hair,. All of it.
Any advice ladies.
So greatly appreciated.
We're not actively ttc. But if we decide to, I'm worried it may not happen.
