Is this normal behavior for a 4 year old?

My step daughter has been doing some weird and I think concerning things lately, but I’m not sure if they’re normal. Her dad has talked to her and told her to tell us if anything ever happens like that and she said nothing has. Should we be worried? What should we do?

#1 She tries to pull down her dads underwear when he is walking around in them

#2 The other day she pulled up her shirt and said look at my nipple

#3 She has been peeing her pants at daycare

#4 She always wants to go into the bathroom while her dad is naked or showering
