30 weeks too early?

Question

Is 30 weeks too early to pack your hospital bag, diaper bag, etc.?
I’m in nesting mode and want it all at the door 😂
But my C-section is scheduled Jan 9th!
Anyone else pack early??

I’ve been packed for well over a month now and I just turned 30weeks yesterday. Never too early! Plus it ensures I won’t forget anything

Never too early. I packed at 25 weeks - first came at 32 weeks in a massive emergency so was good to have it all prepared. I packed one bag for me and one separate for Bub this time at 25 weeks again just in case we went early again (no use having all of bubs newborn size stuff in hospital when you’re facing a long NICU/special care stay) and haven’t needed it yet - at nearly 36 weeks.

Better than me. I'm 38 weeks with an induction scheduled for next week and I still haven't finished packing mine.

I packed around 33-34 weeks but I don’t think 30 weeks is too early! I’m 39 weeks now and still waiting on my baby girl to come.. so thankful I packed earlier on before I lost all of my energy and got uncomfortable.

I just packed as I bought stuff so there wasn’t really a certain week I packed everything. It’s fine!

I would pack it just incase 😀 can I ask if you wanted a section or is there a reason to it? I'm just asking cause when I had my son last October I slipped a disc in my back and lost quite alot of blood I'm due my second in April and I've asked for a section because I think it'll be best for my back but apparently I'm not allowed one 🤷🏼‍♀️

You can pack it as early as you want. As long as you have the essentials. 😁 just one less thing to worry about
