Sad 😞 and heartbroken

Guys I had another miscarriage again

3rd miscarriage in 3 yrs and I’m up to this point frustrated and broken and just want to give up.

Just came from my ultrasound and it’s measuring 9 wks but the sac is empty and I’m not bleeding no pain nothing.

Sorry to just put it out here like this ☹️🙁 but i guess everything happens for a reason or maybe I’m just at fault.

All my sisters and my mom have all their kids with no issue and every time i try it fails
