So I got tested to see if I have hpv, just got the results, and it says positive!!😩
Help!!! What does this mean???????? Is it bad???? I’m soo freaking scared

It's not curable but it can go dormant and return. Some get warts some dont. 80%of sexually active people have HPV and dont ever know it. Yes you are at risk for cervical cancer but just take care of yourself and keep up regular testing

How old are you? Statistics show at least 50% of population has had Hpv. There are different strands some can cause warts some can be cancerous. But it can clear up on it's own. Talk to your dr. And yes its transmittable

You're at risk for cervical, ovarian, uterine cancer now. Also you can spread it between partners, so use condoms for everything. 
Its really not that scary but its not curable. You'll be fine, its not going to kill you. 
Just keep safe sex as a priority!
This is why parents need to vaccinate for this.
