Am I loosing it?
I’m usually on top of things unless I’m extremely overwhelmed but even then I pull it together ya know. When I’m overwhelmed I’m not crying it’s that I’m not doing anything failing behind in work and keeping the house clean or the car clean or the dishes washed and I’m tried because I don’t get a much needed 1 week break. Today I decided that as soon as I got off work I’d stay up and clean the house and finally wash my hair. I put up the toilet paper that I bought and sat in the kitchen. Finally put in in the bathroom closet and I see that I had already bought tissue paper and had forgotten. This may seem minuscule but listen, I had been using
fast food napkins for 3 days b4 I bought a roll of tissue 😳 and I didn’t need to do that because I have 3 rolls left in the bathroom closet. How could I have missed that? I usually replace the roll as soon as it’s done but I’m slipping with simple stuff. I’m a little concerned because this doesn’t happen to me. I just want to be able to pause life for a week so that I can get back on track. Any advice or words on what’s going on here?
