I’m not totally sure if it’s true or not but I’ve heard fenugreek can sometimes have opposite effects, I took it while nursing my son cause I struggled a lot with supply, and it didn’t help one bit! I’m wondering if it may have actually decreased for me... I’d start slow if you want to take it & pay close attention to your supply

I would do what the bottle suggests. Just keep in mind that fenugreek can sometimes have a negative impact/opposite effect on breastmilk production.

I would start with 1. If you take too much fenugreek, it has the opposite effect. So if it's not helping with milk production with 1 after say a weekish, then try 2.
