Was 6 weeks,1days Yolk sac,but no fetal pole

I’m so confused with this pregnancy...

Timeline:

Sept 12-I confirm hCG levels were at 25 in doctors office with a positive pregnancy test.

Sept 13- I go to the ER for cramping and bleeding and discovered my hCG levels were a 9 bleeding has gone down to spotting

Sept 14-17 I go to the doctors they confirmed I did have a miscarriage, during this time I am still spotting

Sept 17- that same day I was intimate with my partner.

Oct 1-7 I begin to experience all the same symptoms again so I scheduled a doctors appointment and did a urine specimen comes back negative.

Oct 17- I go to the doctors for my symptoms, did a urine specimen it comes back positive and my hCG levels came back at 108.

Oct 18 - I do another hCG and it comes back at 526 confirmed I am pregnant

Oct 23- At the ER they confirmed that mice hCG is going up 1110, also did a ultrasound was able to find yolk sac

Oct 28- obgyn orders another hcg is now 4,770 ultrasound is preformed estimated 5weeks,4days or 5weeks,5days.

Oct30- obgyn orders another hcg is now 6,918.

Nov5- I see my new obgyn she performs another ultrasound estimate at 6weeks,1days finds yolk sac but no fetal pole and she informs me that she thinks I maybe experiencing a belighted ovum pregnancy and schedules another ultrasound for 11/19.
