Since being pregnant do you pee yourself?

This is my 4th preg and this time I'm like literally peeing my pants if I dont go every couple hrs, and god forbid a sneeze or cough even if i just came from the bathroom!  I seriously wear a incontinent pad when I leave the house cuz even stepping off a stair too hard I'll leak! It's getting crazy and I'm only 10.5w! Please tell me I'm not the only one lol

Gotta do kegels and pelvic floor exercises. I didn’t have this during pregnancy or post pregnancy.

Almost 37 weeks and this has just started for me too! I’ve been doing pelvic floors but they feel more difficult to do now as well. My doc said it’s pretty normal and to get straight back onto the pelvic floor exercises after baby comes

Only since my third trimester. Whenever I sneeze, cough, laugh, or hold it for too long. It's infuriating but I hate panty liners so much I don't even bother. I'd rather change my underwear lol

Do you have Ben way/kegel balls? You should get some and do a bunch of kegels daily.
