Had sex 20 mins ago !!! Could it be labor?

Had sex 20 mins ago, I’m 37 weeks and have been 1cm dilated for about a week 70% effaced since yesterday and I just had pretty rough sex. I feel like I have to poop really bad but absolutely nothing comes out and I am having contractions. Could it be labor?? What should I do!

Time your contractions and if they’re every 5 mins I would say yes!

This happened to me last night I started to time contractions they were coming every 6-7 minutes apart lasting from 40-60 seconds called the hospital and was told it’s early labor take a Panadol and sleep, I wish I never listened I wish I got up and kept moving went for a walk they just stopped when I woke up during the night 
:( so disheartening keep moving mumma!
