My 3 week old has started to throw up and it comes out of his nose as well and it’s quite a lot . I hold him correctly too a bit up and i don’t have the bottle too high . He’s been doing great but now this week he’s throwing up. I tried several things and i noticed he does not throw up if i feed him while he’s on his bouncer ? I am bottle feeding him on the bouncer . Let him stay in there for like 10 min so the milk goes down and i burp him and he’s ok. I read that ur not supposed to feed a baby in any swing or bouncer but I’m desperate and this is the only thing that seems to work for him

He also uses a preemie nipple so it can’t be that the flow is too fast
