2 week old with red blotchy skin

So my husband and I just changed our baby’s diaper and he ended up peeing on himself so we took off his clothes and his skin looked weird to us.

It’s something you look at and question yourself if it’s always been like that but the more we looked at it the more we are starting to believe it’s new..

anyways...

his skin almost look likes red veiny/blotchy...

it’s not severe. It’s not SUPER noticeable...
