My friends are a holes🤣

So I been trying to lose weight and shed the excess fat off of my body. It’s been my goal for years and now I’m putting it into action. I been going to the gym and even switched up my diet, strictly water, no candy or junk food, but how do you guys deal with temptation? my friends are always asking to go out and eat at either fast food places or a restaurant like Olive Garden or red lobster, and they get aggravated when I say no.😂

Last time I went out with them I just ordered a water and a whole wheat chicken wrap and they looked at me like I was crazy. Also when my mom goes grocery shopping she does get a lot of fruit and vegetables but she also gets alott of junk food as well. It’s hard out here for ya girl but I’m hanging in strong😩 💪🏽

Ps. Any tips for losing arm and back fat will be great, I’m a newbie at the gym
