I do legs and glutes 2 times a week (sometimes 3) , abs 5 days a week, back and arms 2 times a weeks and chest and back 2 times a week

Well , I switch my workout pretty much daily . I do practice intermittent fasting as well and I always start my workouts with 35 min of cardio. Followed by 1 hr - 1 hr 30 min weight lifting . All of my workouts are fasted . I don’t eat breakfast anyways and I workout in the morning .
