bruised cervix?

About a month ago I had sex (not my first time either) and after we were done he said he felt my cervix. I got my period the next day and it lasted for 5 days as usual. I’m on birth control, and I have NEVER experienced this before. About a week into my pills I start spotting and I thought it was weird. And now I’ve been straight up bleeding for 4 days, like I have my period again. A couple days before this I was having really bad back pain and abdominal pain to the point where it hurt to breath. I didn’t think anything of it but now that I’m bleeding nonstop while on the pill, I pieced things together. Could my cervix be torn or something? I’ve literally never bled while on the pill before. And I really don’t want to go to the doctor because if she confirms it’s bruised it will be so embarrassing in front of my mom. I can’t go without her because I won’t be 18 for another few months
