i need advice

i don’t want to annoy the guy i’m interested in but at the same time i really wanna talk to him. part of me just wants to flat out tell him i’m interested in him but i feel like i know he wouldn’t feel the same. please what should i do? i wanted to wait till he snapped me or said something but he hasn’t at all this weekend. the last time we talked was thursday. so should i tell him or just make conversation orr??
