Can you randomly develop eczema during pregnancy?

Out of the blue yesterday my legs had a burning/stinging sensation in certain areas.. I have woke up this morning with a dry rash In the creases of my legs behind my knees? Is this normal? I’ve never suffered from any skin conditions before!

Yes I did with my daughter, the said it can happen because they are draining all the good stuff that protects us lol. Only happened with my girl though and weirdly she has very sensitive skin and allergic to certain creams, washing stuff and face paints

Yes, I got it at the end of thec2nd trimester. My doctor prescribed a cream that helped so much and I used a belly butter all over, too.

I got eczema during the first trimester. But it calmed down and completely disappeared after 2 weeks.
