In need of positive stories

Sorry for the long post , found out I was pregnant on the 4th of October. Had stomach pain I have Crohn’s disease and the symptoms of that and ectopic are the same so they called me in for a scan. Using my cycle dates I should have been about 5 weeks but as I have been tracking I know my ovulation was late so really only about 3 weeks they scanned me and found nothing at all did blood tests and confirmed pregnancy then called me back in 2 days later to confirm pregnancy wasn’t ectopic did another scan where they located the gestational sack they said that wasn’t enough to confirm healthy pregnancy so had to have a scan 10 days later this time they could see the yolk but no fetal pole so still couldn’t confirm viable pregnancy so called back in for another scan 10 days later this time they could see a 3mm fetal pole no heartbeat so have now been told that we need another scan in 2 weeks (1 week left to wait) and if they can’t see a heart beat then there probably won’t be one as they are not sure if the scans were just to early or if our baby is not developing. Had light bleeding throughout just need some positive stories to get me through
