Tried the SMEP method last month using OPKs and Preseed, I think I used the preseed to early so this month I will only use it when I get a positive OPK. I used the preseed once right when I got a positive OPK when I got pregnant before with my chemical pregnancy so I think I may go ahead and do that again this cycle.
