When to replace nuvaring ?
I had my first nuvaring inserted on Tuesday October 15th after having my iud removed. The doctor told me to take it out on the 10th and put a new one in on the 15th of every month. I’m confused because I’ve been reading online and they say to replace it 3 weeks later on the same day of the week. Idk what I should do. Should I wait til Tuesday or take it out today (11/10)? What do you ladies do?
