Devastated

So I was told last night that I have had a past infection of hsv-1 but that it’s igG+ not igM (whatever that means??) I’ve never had an outbreak and I’m very upset and confused. I’m nearly 30 weeks pregnant and I’m so worried about transferring it to my daughter either during birth or from kissing her. I’ve also read that it’s quite common to get false positives. Anyone have any advice about having a newborn with hsv-1? I know it can be very dangerous for babies.
