Sleep training 1 year old breastfed daughter.

So my daughter is 18 months old, has been exclusively breastfed, and we bed share. I’m ready for something to give, and we started trying to sleep train her as she refuses cows milk. She never liked the crib and had to stay in one during a 3 week hospital stay that included surgery so I believe it is slightly traumatic for her. She has basically been in our bed since about 1-2 months old and she usually goes to sleep by eating. I got a toddler bed in our bedroom and I’m just trying to figure out the right to transition her from our bed to her bed. Any suggestions would help
