Rsv or something less serious

Parents whose infants have been diagnosed with rsv please help. What were the symptoms. I have a 3month old who has been congested the past 3 nights. The congestion is much better during the day. Most times I don't hear anything at all. He has had a dry cough at times. During the day he coughs maybe 3 times all together but it is more during the night. His appetite is normal. He's behaving normally. Doesn't have a fever. Just want to make sure I'm not over looking something more serious thinking its congestion
