DUE DATE QUESTION.... ITS LONG BUT PLEASE HELP...

Ok so I took a hpt on the 26th of September and it was positive.... the next weekend I was in the hospital for 4 days. They thought my baby was in my tubes. Said they were unable to see the baby because I was so early but did an MRI and ruled out the baby being in my tubes. They told me my levels were perfect I haven't had any spotting and have had MAJOR symptoms I can't eat I get sick tatas HURT... major bloat.... and omgosh the smells of everything make me want to get sick. I just don't know how far I am because I had my mirena taken out on aug. 21st with no period. But if I took a test on sept. 26th I had to at least be 4 weeks on that day right???????? PLEASE HELP
