I don’t see how you can compare them. Braces are for straightening teeth and correcting bite problems. Veneers are teeth implants, aren’t they? They’re needed for completely different things? I had braces. I didn’t like them of course but my teeth are straight and my overbite is fixed.

Braces Bcs they are your real teeth. I got braces my husband got veneers. My teeth have sustained much better. But braces don’t fix poorly shaped teeth. So some people need veneers

To get veneers they shave down your real tooth and glue on a fake one. I would definitely just do braces.
