Day 45 of cycle. Started Metformin about a month ago. Last week I had small amount of spotting that lasted less than a day and was brown tmi - only noticed when I wiped - now a week later, still no AF. Super emotional... Pretty much reading everything as a could be symptom. But I don't want to take a test end see bfn, so I wait a few days convinced my period will show... Nope... Now I'm so anxious I feel sick
