How long did your LOs sleep regression last?

My LO has been up every 1-2 hours for the past 3 nights. I'm exhausted. Please tell me it will be over soon 😭

Ohhhh my first baby was even worse. When she turned 3 months she would wake up every 30-45 mins wanting to latch on. That lasted til she was 6 months then she would wake up every 2 hours to feed. That’s lasted til she was probably 9 months. Now she’s 16 months and she still makes up every 2-4 hours

We were going through the sleep regression HARD. Like she would not go down at night. We'd rock her for 45 mins and make sure she was out but as soon as we would put her in her bed she'd be wide awake crying. After a few hours we would finally get her down but then she'd be up every 1-2 hours. We decided to start sleep training because we couldn't keep going like that.  It has been going awesome, last night was night 3 and we get her down right away and she has bee sleeping for 4 hour stretches only wakes up twice to eat!
