Upset belly?

Baby boy NEVER cries. Our pediatrician is having us supplement with formula and now he screams every time he has a vowel movement 😭 it makes me so sad and I don’t know how to help!

Ughh my baby is breast fed and is the same

My baby is also supplemented with formula. She would arch, grunt and cry with any vowel discomfort. Tried some tummy rub or massage and moving her legs like cycling, seems to help.
