Good videos for beginners
Hey!!
So I used to workout before I was pregnant and then I had a scare early in this pregnancy and haven't worked out since! I am starting to feel weak and would like to start working out again. I am now 25 weeks!
I know I need to start off easy and follow safe guide lines for working out when pregnant.
Does anyone know of any good YouTube videos or DVDs or home workouts I should look into?
